①Draw raw water from well (outside factory)
By Mt. Fuji magnificent natural filter, natural water polished for a long time is pumped up from underground 160 m.

②Water treatment
Remove impurities with the highest level filtration technology with 5 stages of filter (final: 0.1 μ). Before factory operation, pipe to filling machine is washed hot water. Filling is done under sterile condition.
③Filling
Inflate the soft PET bottle (one way bottle) with clean air, sterilize and clean inside, then fill with natural water.
No manual work by a person, all automatic.
④Water quality inspection
Conduct microbial tests (coliform bacteria, general viable bacteria, fungus) by inspection equipment in our own analysis room.

⑤Product inspection
Print the expiration date, check if the filling amount is appropriate, and Visually inspect the filled and plugged bottles for defects, dirt, foreign matter, etc.
⑥Packing
Put one bottle or two bottles in a cardboard box, and print the expiration date on the box and check weight again.
⑦Product warehouse
By using the robot palletizer, safely put the product on the pallet in a short time and keep it in the warehouse.
