Remove impurities with the highest level filtration technology with 5 stages of filter (final: 0.1 μ). Before factory operation, pipe to filling machine is washed hot water. Filling is done under sterile condition.

Inflate the soft PET bottle (one way bottle) with clean air, sterilize and clean inside, then fill with natural water.
No manual work by a person, all automatic.

Conduct microbial tests (general viable bacteria, coliform bacteria, fungi) by inspection equipment in our own analysis room.

Check on expiration date printed and filling amount, and visually inspect for filled bottle with abnormality.

⑥Packing

Put one bottle or two bottles in a cardboard box, and print the expiration date on the box and check weight again.

By using the robot palletizer, safely put the product on the pallet in a short time and keep it in the warehouse.
